'The Processing Unit' - Commercial equipment and stainless steel throughout, all inside a fully fibre glassed, purpose built wet room. A modern steam pressure cooker is used to make sure that every batch is cooked to the correct temperature. The walls and floors are covered in fiberglass, which enables the room to be easily cleaned, maintaining our stringent hygiene objectives.
'Onshore Tanks' - Three tanks similar to this, keep our catch in salt water, fit and healthy for when they are required.
