Our little yellow Smokery is purpose built for smoking fish, mainly Mackerel.

Fully fibre glassed walls and floor, along with stainless steel tables throughout, enables the room to be easily cleaned, essential when handling raw fish.

Specific areas designated for each process, from the gutting and filleting of the raw, to the cooling and vacuum packing of the final smoked product, give us the ability to carefully monitor each stage and keep the quality as high as our shellfish products.
The mackerel will be sold in 3 to 5 kilo boxes of filleted, pin boned fish. Ready to eat. Complementing our shellfish range, and hopefully appealing to a few new customers.

Our license is for any wet fish, so if mackerel isn't what your looking for, feel free to ask for what is.
